Before setting out, we must mention all the costs clearly and transparently in the agreement. Having said that, additional expenses can come up later in the project as part of the work on the roof infrastructure and electrical infrastructure due to specific demands put forward by the power company or your preferences. Roof Infrastructure -Sometimes, we are required to perform engineering and safety preliminary work to the roof infrastructure, such as reinforcements and adjustments to the construction, sealing work, removal or moving of objects, installation of footholds, lifelines, and permanent ladders, as well as other work, like asbestos replacement and roof renovations.

Electrical and communication infrastructure -Any action related to infrastructure, which is not directly linked to the solar energy system but is required to activate it, from extension or connection from the power company.

Split Meters -Treatment of safety gaps in electrical cabinets, integration with fire and communication systems, excavation work, and ground restoration from the converter to the production meter and filler.

In special cases, there may be exceptional cost components, depending on the individual requirements of the electricity company, the features of the site, and your preferences. For example, special transport, which is required in tall buildings, or when access routes are restricted, unique roof outlines that need adjusting the construction and dedicated safety gear, or installation methods requiring a crane’s regular presence.
